Our Mission

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allāh, the All-Merciful, the Mercy-Giving

All praise is to Allāh, Lord of the Worlds, who commanded, with his words:

[Nevertheless,] It is not (appropriate) for the believers to go forth all at once. From every group of them, a party only should go forth, that [those who remain] may devote themselves to acquiring a deeper knowledge of the religion, and that they may warn their people when they return to them, so that they may beware. (9:122)

And peace and blessings be upon the master of the first and last generations, Sayyidunā Muḥammad ibn ʿabd Allāh, the unlettered Prophet ﷺ, who said:

يحمِلُ هذا العِلْمَ مِن كلِّ خَلَفٍ عُدولُه
يَنفون عنه تحريفَ الغالينَ وانتحالَ المُبْطِلينَ
وتأويلَ الجاهلينَ

"This knowledge is carried by the upright of each generation, who reject from it the distortions of the malicious, the claims of the liars, and the interpretations of the ignorant" (Tabrani).

At the Dār al-ʿUlūm al-Imām Muḥammad Ādam al-Islāmiyyah, we aim to educate future leaders who are immersed in the Islamic scholarly tradition, governed by the spiritual and ethical values of Islam, grounded in tazkīyah (internal state of purification) with the noble teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah (Prophetic tradition). We strive to prepare individuals having a vision of the world where the sacred Islamic tradition and the Prophetic Sunnah is distinguished as a remarkable pathway for addressing the challenges and needs of the modern world.
